In our unsettling age of the COVID-19 pandemic where our lives have been turned upside down, it’s easy to sink into depression and writhe with anxiety.
Alternative rock legends Dinosaur Jr. have released a new music video for band member Lou Barlow’s track Garden, which aims to find solace within, and hopefully also with loved ones.
More information about the music video’s personal concept can be found at this link to a Q&A with Barlow, who fielded questions before the video premiered: LINK
Barlow writes that at first the song was a lament, but then became something different: “I was looking for a resolution, where do we go when faced with such dramatic confusion? Back to basics, back home, back to the garden.”
Dinosaur Jr.’s upcoming album, Sweep It Into Space, arrives April 23rd via Jagjaguwar.
