Singer-Songwriter jefff Delivers A Coolly Groovin’ And Upbeat Pop-Rock Track

Written by: Jen Dan

Floridian (originally from Pennsylvania) musician Jeff Clark records his acerbic and astute pop-rock tunes under the moniker jefff. He’s released four solo albums so far, with his fifth, mordantly titled My Last CD, arriving on November 20th via Conch Town Music.

Clark dropped the LP’s debut single, R U Hip 2 the Revolution, in August and he’s now followed that up with the lyrically trenchant and coolly groovin’ second single WINDOWS.

On WINDOWS the experimental singer-songwriter tackles the meaning of existence, asking, “What are we doing here?” – Yes, he goes for the big issues, but he does so in quirkily amusing style.

Clark’s vocal delivery is pointed, yet casually tossed-off as he sing-talks amid a choppy, poppy sea of restlessly jumping guitar lines, dynamically bouncing bass line (courtesy of Dan Africano), and kinetically hit drum beat with the occasional cymbals crash (from Neal Evans).

Keep up with jefff
