Seth Glier is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer who has been sponsored by the US State Department as an international touring music ambassador.
Glier just released an uplifting new music video for If It Wasn’t For You, which was inspired by Nobel Peace Prize-winner Malala Yousafzai. The song speaks to the healing power of awareness and gratitude after experiencing trauma.
If It Wasn’t For You is a heartfelt number rich with Glier’s soulful vocals. The video is half performance video and half storyteller, focusing on roller derby members battling it out in the rink at times, a symbol of everyday struggles. But by the end of the clip any fallen skaters are given a hand to stand back up again in a show of compassion and solidarity.
Glier has five albums to his name and five Independent Music Awards. His acclaimed discography highlights an artist who has something meaningful to say, and one who isn’t adverse to blending various music genres in his work.
