California-based music veteran (and visual artist) Christopher Sluka is at the core of the acclaimed progressive/alternative rock band Sluka. Full of vibrant life, he brings a positive energy to his latest single Hey Oh and its accompanying video.
It’s a fact that we are existing in divisive times, but on Hey Oh, the artist asks us to unburden ourselves from personal and collective turmoil and to find the wonder in our lives.
Hope is such a rare feeling these days, but Christopher Sluka and his band imbue Hey Oh with that mood. The track (and video) just came out and it’s the second single to arrive from the outfit’s upcoming positive-vibed album Ready to Connect.
The LP was produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by Grammy Award-winner Alan Sanderson. The video for Hey Oh was directed and edited by Eric Bishop.
