Russ Liquid, the beats-blasting maestro of music project The Russ Liquid Test, has joined forces with incisive alternative rapper Mr. Life on the resonant electronic/hip-hop hybrid track Land of the Free off of Liquid’s upcoming EP, 1984, which drops November 11^th via All Good Records and can be pre-ordered at iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/1984-the-russ-liquid-test/id1167789962

Land of the Free is a lively, sonically layered track the features blazing electric guitar solos, funky keyboard notes, a pushing pace, and the super-tight and trenchant raps of Mr. Lif whose latest album ranked #7 on New York Observer’s Best Hip-Hop Albums of the Year list. 

About enlisting Mr. Lif on this lyrically timely number, Liquid states, “…we basically had a conversation about the some of the things going on socially in the USA, and things you realize when you travel abroad and are forced to see our society from an outsider’s perspective.”
