News: Electronic Music Artist Blanke Enlists Calivania for a Radiantly Euphoric Single

Written by: Jen Dan

LA-based producer Blanke is making his way to the summit of the electronic music realm with Flatline, a heightened and radiant new single that features aerial vocals courtesy of new music project Calivania.

Filled with steep drops, shatteringly crystalline electronics, shimmering pulses, and Calivania’s emotive vocals, Flatlinesonically is the total opposite of its title. It will raise the heart rate with its beautiful heartfelt vocals and effects.

The Australian-born Blanke comments, “I’ve been working towards this… for a very long time, and I’m so proud of where it has ended up. It’s the first of a string of more melodic-influenced records I’ll be releasing. Working with Calivania has been an amazing experience…”

Blanke previously released the track Hellraiser, and before that he did a high-profile remix of League of Legends’ World Cup theme song Phoenix (among other acclaimed remixes for Marshmello’s Happier and PNAU’s Changa), and dropping his Change & Decay EP via Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats label.

And that’s just the tip of the mountain, as Blanke has also recently collaborated with Illenium on Gorgeous and has performed a run of shows at music festivals including EDC Las Vegas, Hard Summer, and Paradiso.
