A.R.KANE’S LEGACY LIVES ON IN JUBL “THINKING SWEET” EP

Jübl from London rose from the ashes of the seminal dream pop outfit A.R.Kane, have released the USB Limited First Edition pack of the new Thinking Sweet EP with an exclusive, bonus dub version of Sweet Dreams which is exclusively mixed for the USB pack. The leading track Thinking About You is the specimen of their quality and intentions in their sonic canvas of indie-dream pop streams. It is all musically mounted and somehow emerging from shoegaze in terms of the band’s approach and performance.

The band consists of three in view and so skilled and talented musicians: Maggie Tambala – vocals/guitar, Rudy Tambala – guitars/beats/vocals, and Andy Taylor-guitars/ vocals, and though all songs are written, arranged, recorded and produced by Rudy Tambala he seemingly wouldn’t reach that wishful effect without the skilled effort from the other two players. We talk about a magnificent, and quality result in all these 3 difficult songs which need a certain approach.

Jübl’s music sounds like an easy and quite catchy song, but they slowly unveil some quite sophisticated complexity and approach by the three persons in the studio. Dream pop vocals, indie pop ground, shoegaze oriented guitars, not an easy blend to arrange it in its streams which obviously ask for a lot of attention to avoid norms and musical shortage. The whole EP is a gift to the senses and I’ll give you one final hint; pay attention to Thinking Sweet Fusion too and its delights included in almost 9 minutes, a bliss!
