Fans of the CW’s hit superhero show The Flash and new positive-vibed, LGBTQ-themed movie Love, Simon will instantly recognize Keiynan Lonsdale’s name – and the characters he plays (Wally West aka Kid Flash, and Bram, respectively).
Those not in the know about this multi-talented Australian actor, dancer, and singer-songwriter are in for a treat with Lonsdale’s just-released sweet electronic pop single Kiss The Boy. It’s a celebration of same-sex love and acceptance – and a deeply personal message from Lonsdale because he recently came out as bisexual.
Lonsdale has already worked with luminaries Louis Futon and Kasbo in the electronic music field, achieved millions of Spotify streams, and reached #1 on HypeMachine and SoundCloud’s R&B charts.
Kiss The Boy continues his winning and uplifting take on love and life. A relaxed, but staccato beat, crisp, but subdued percussion, and brighter electronic twists accompany Lonsdale’s passionate, layered vocals as he delivers his empowering lyrics like, “I realized / Ain’t gotta hide this heart of mine.”
