Pop/electronic artist and classically trained Berklee alum Said The Sky has released a lush, reflective, and poignant electronic pop collaboration with rising indie pop vocalist Kwesi. All I Got is out now via Seeking Blue.
Said The Sky has been riding high above the clouds with his deft melodic touch, collabs with big electronic music names like Illenium and Seven Lions, and synch-spots with giant brands including Microsoft and Nike.
His new single All I Got follows up his remix of Vance Joy’s Lay It On Me, and it’s a sonically warm, bittersweetly uplifting, and emotively reminiscing electo-pop number. Kwesi pines for a lost love (“Can we forget about the past? / Because…all I really want is you.”) amid a measured beat, slowly clapping percussion, and wordless vocal reverb.
Said the Sky is currently crafting his debut record with an assist from Matthew Koma and FRND, among others, and is also supporting Illenium on the upcoming Awake tour. Singer-songwriter Kwesi, who is signed to Scooter Braun, is getting notice from Sirius XM’s Alt Nation and BPM and is working on tracks with Borgeous and Daniel Benningfield.
