Chances are, if you sing an entire song with vocal effects, especially heavy auto-tune, it's going to suck. At the very least, that sort of nonsense won't be tolerated around these parts of the internet. Well, apparently the rule doesn't apply if you're Heloise Williams, the frontwoman of Heloise and the Savoir Faire.

"Time Lords", is an unashamedly inorganic track that features bright, highly polished synth backings, and yes, large amounts of auto-tune. The song really gives off the feeling of achievement. It's as if this was specifically made for a montage in '80s fantasy movie. Please, somebody travel back in time and edit "Time Lords" into "The Neverending Story". Fantasia needs you to.

"Time Lords" will be featured on Heloise and the Savoir Faire's upcoming album, Diamond Dust, due out March 26th. That's a pretty appropriate name considering the shimmering synth pop that will make up the album.
